Candle care

Step 1 trim

Before lighting the candle each time, trim the wick to 1/4" to ensure a clean and smoke-free burn. Additionally, always use a protective surface under the candle.

Step 2 burn

During the initial lighting, let the entire wax surface melt, ensuring a minimum of 3 hours burn time. It's normal to observe some "wax wall hanging" during this phase. Following the first burn, where the wax has melted to the edge of the candle vessel, avoid burning for more than 4 hours in subsequent sessions. Discontinue use when only 1/4" of wax remains in the vessel.

Step 3 centur

Ensure the wick is properly centered. After each burning session, make adjustments to the wick while the wax is still in a molten state.

Step 4 upcycle

When only 1/4" to 1/2" of wax remains in your candle, it is advisable to cease usage and repurpose the glass. Ensure the removal of any leftover wax, starting with the crystal. For an effective cleaning method, place the candle in the freezer until the wax solidifies; subsequently, the frozen wax should easily pop out.

CRYSTAL CARE:

Option 1: Leave the crystals in the candle

Choosing to leave the beautiful crystals in the candle? No problem. Light the candle and let yourself be transported as the crystals envelop you with powerful energies. Once the candle has been blown out, the vegan-wax will cover the crystals. Do not worry, this is part of the process. When lighting the candle again, the crystals will have the possibility to rekindle their magic.

Option 2: take the crystals out before lighting

Do you wish to take the crystals out before lighting? No problem. If you would rather keep the gorgeous crystals near you and let yourself be comforted by the radiating energies throughout the entire day, feel free to take the crystals out of the candle. Our personalized crystal cards, which are provided with each delivered candle, will provide you with the best places to store and keep your candle.
