Returns & exchanges
Returns can happen, even if we all do our best to avoid it. You may return your online order, or items within it, for an exchange or a refund following the conditions outlined below, your statutory rights are not affected:
- The items must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
- The items must be unburned, unused, and in their original packaging.
If you notice that one of your products has a defect or has been damaged, please follow the return process by contacting our customer service.

To make a return or an exchange, we invite you to contact our customer service: info@guerisonhome.com. Please fill in your information on the return form, which needs to be included with your parcel.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of your returned parcel.
